This dispatch comes from the road: Almaty and Astana, ten days, one goal — building a fast-track entry channel into Kazakhstan so that our factories do not have to walk the hardest miles alone.
The channel has three layers: buyers, distributors and service providers. All three are being recruited and verified in person.
Buyers first, always
We are signing up importers category by category — building materials, small appliances, food processing, textiles. Verification is not a form; it is customs records showing real import activity, a registered legal entity in good standing, and a site visit. A buyer network is only as good as its weakest member.
Distributors and the “entry kit”
Alongside buyers, we are contracting clearance brokers, bonded warehousing and last-mile partners. Together they form a standard entry kit: your container lands, clears, stores and distributes through pre-negotiated, pre-priced hands. No more assembling six local vendors from a hotel lobby.
What “fast-track” means in numbers
- Two weeks from onboarding to first buyer quotations.
- Six to eight weeks to a pilot shipment for most categories.
- Settlement through credit-backed channels, with escrow available from the first order.
The ask
If you manufacture in a category Kazakhstan imports heavily — and it imports heavily in most — tell us what you make and what a good first order looks like. The channel is being built now, and early factories get first introductions.
