Every supplier is checked by an independent third-party auditor before it can quote. The audit covers business licence and export history, production capability and equipment, and quality-management documentation such as ISO 9001 certification where the category requires it. What happens if the goods do not match the specification?
Pre-shipment inspection happens before the container is sealed. You receive a photographic report against your own specification and approve it before the balance payment is released. Is there a minimum order quantity?

How long does delivery take?
Delivery has two parts. Production lead time is set by the manufacturer and appears on your quotation before you commit. Transit time then depends on the route and mode — rail and road into Central Asia, sea freight to Europe, the Middle East and beyond — and on the Incoterms rule agreed for the shipment, which decides where our responsibility ends and yours begins. Both are confirmed in writing per order, and every shipment is tracked from factory to destination.
